10 Truths of Pregnancy

Talks/ Uncategorized

pregnancy-tips-truths

There is a very misleading attitude amongst women when it comes to pregnancy, which is only made stronger by the Internet in my opinion. The idea of women being these superhero figures that nurture and grow a baby within their bodies for 9 long months only makes them seem even more mystical. The endless blogs, magazines, books and Instagram accounts praising woman for their ability and strength; while looking radiant and put together has made it near impossible to relate to the REALITY of being pregnant.

RENTING IN SAUDI ARABIA? FURNISHED? UNFURNISHED?

Expat
Looking for a place is a hassle no matter what country you’re in but in Saudi Arabia it is a little bit more difficult. For starters lease vacancies are widely communicated by word of mouth not
classifieds (which are of no help because they are in Arabic). Sometimes new buildings will advertise on the side of their buildings with big signs but yet again, no use to many of us because they too will be in Arabic. That’s not really the hard part you see, when renting in Saudi Arabia you need to understand that there is a big difference between a furnished and unfurnished apartment/house.
