pancakes-breakfast-jeddah-saudi- arabia Going for breakfast is something I wish I did more of, but truth be told the thought of getting out of bed and facing the world in the early hours is something that doesn’t go down so well on weekends. So when the opportunity arises that breakfast out with friends is mandatory I can only hope it is worth it.
This past weekend morning (few weekends ago) you would have found me nestled into a corner table at the popular bakery/cafe KALILA, comforting a cup of coffee. I was shocked at the turn out; the place was crowded with families and groups of people enjoying them. The menu has a good variety of foods and the  service matched with a very attentive staff. After devouring a rich breakfast of eggs benedict, halloumi cheese, omelets and pancakes we took to the outdoor seating to catch some of that morning sunshine and more importantly a few puffs of smoking shisha. We opted to share a Nutella Mutabak (thick crepe) with a side of ice cold frapaccunios. breakfast-jeddah-saudi-arabia
